Roger Rule

Roger Rule joined B+R Partners with 11 years of human resource management experience both in the corporate and the recruiting/staffing industries. Roger has spent most of his career consulting with C-level executives as well as mid-management and field operations leaders. Mr. Rule’s corporate experience was gained with Nabors Well Services, a $700 Million oilfield services provider. During his tenure, Roger was responsible for the organization’s recruiting and staffing efforts, compensation analysis, HRIS integration and personnel administration.

Roger also served as a fully autonomous Branch Manager for a national contract placement organization where he directed sales/service activities that generated sales in excess of $3 million annually. He was actively involved in the Texas Association of Staffing.

Roger’s career was augmented by an eight year tenure with a large retail/food services company, progressing to a Customer Services management position where he was responsible for the daily direction of over 70 employees. A native Houstonian, Mr. Rule graduated from The University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Business Technology and a minor in Training & Development in 1996.
